Who are the Summoner Sisters?

Three rules: Never summon monsters.  Never make deals with devils.  Never feed the fiends.

Two sisters:  Summer and Ophelia are troublemakers, clowns, and banishers who aim to keep monsters out of the mortal coil.

One monstrous problem:  Basically, with rules.

Follow along with two smartass siblings as they come to the realization that sometimes the spirit of the law is more important than the letter.
